1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Products and Pricing

• Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our electric bikes as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be precise.

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. TrackStarMX is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the address provided.

4. Returns and Refunds

• We only offer refunds if the product hasn’t been dispatched  

• If a product is faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Proper Use and Safety

• Compliance: You agree to use TrackStarMX products in accordance with UK Law (off road unless legally registered) 

• Assumption of Risk: Riding an electric bike involves inherent risks. TrackStarMX is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damage caused by improper use, modification of the bike, or failure to wear protective gear.

6. Warranty

Our bikes come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover "wear and tear" parts (tires, brake pads, chains) or damage caused by accidents, water submersion, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackStarMX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
